• Patch test the area at least 24 hours prior to using the product
• Refrain from drinking alcoholic products 24 hours before using the product
• Ensure your hands are thoroughly washed both before and after usage
• Shave or remove any excess hair where the product is going to be applied
• Before applying the product make sure your skin is clean, dry and warm
• Creams require a 2-3mm layer over the area whereas gels and sprays can vary
• Cover the area with cling film or plastic wrap making sure it’s airtight

• Squeeze a generous amount of numbing cream on the area and rub in thoroughly.
• Once rubbed in, apply a second squeeze of numbing cream and spread evenly in a thick layer and cover with cling wrap. Making it airtight will help activate the cream and helps preventing the cream drying off.
• Leave cream and cling wrap for at least 1-2 hours before receiving treatment.
• Your skin typically remains numb for 3-4 hours once cling wrap and cream is removed, depending on skin type.
