Return Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
01 / Eligibility
Returns must be received at our logistics center within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original, unused condition.
Sealed Products:
For products with factory-sealed packaging—including machines, pens, power units, and batteries—the seal must remain intact and unopened. Any evidence of tampering or opening will void return eligibility.
02 / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and copyright reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- Tattoo Inks
- Books & Educational Materials
- DVDs & Digital Media
03 / Financial Terms
Shipping: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount for all eligible returns.
*Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after our technicians have inspected and approved the returned goods.
