01 / Order Processing
Orders placed before 8:30 AM PST are processed the next business day. Orders after this cutoff are processed the following business day. Our logistics team operates Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
*Note: We reserve the unilateral right to delay or cancel any order due to payment verification, stock discrepancy, or operational requirements.
02 / Delivery & Liability
Delivery days begin on the first business day AFTER your order has shipped. We utilize premium carriers (UPS/DHL), however, weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless a specific expedited weekend service is purchased.
Customer Responsibility: You must confirm all order details immediately. We are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or loss resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.
03 / Order Modifications
To request urgent changes, contact our concierge via WhatsApp: +852 5248 0194 immediately. Email requests are not guaranteed.
Strict Policy: No modifications can be made once an order has entered the fulfillment stage or has been dispatched. Address corrections post-dispatch may incur administrative fees plus carrier surcharges.
04 / Duties & Taxes
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
If “Duties and Taxes Included” is shown at checkout, all fees are prepaid. No further action is required upon arrival.
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)
The buyer is solely responsible for customs fees. We do not collect these for standard international orders.
05 / Claims & Liability
If tracking is marked “Delivered”, our contractual obligation is fulfilled. We do not issue refunds or replacements for confirmed deliveries. You must file a claim directly with UPS/DHL for any discrepancies.
We assume no liability for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
